I had a good arm workout today and having nothing to rant about for a change, I thougt I’d post some shots of my “minis” as I like to call them. My biceps.

Just literally finished my workout! Those look like my ‘mini’s’. Don’t you know your always post same pics in triplicate – think ‘triple threat!!’ Damn – nice to know I’m not the only one looking a tad pale these days. And I’m here in So.Cal where we’ve had nothing but sun and warm temps during the day.
Ah – School life is robbing me. Who said at 45 you should be rolling over careers?!?!? It sucks.
